Sessions and support

One to one or small group sessions are designed to reduce isolation, support well-being, help young people build real connections or overcome challenges they are facing.

In response to the growing need for informal, inclusive spaces where young people can reflect, talk openly and simply be themselves without pressure or expectation, we offer one‑to‑one and small‑group sessions. These sessions reduce isolation, support wellbeing and help young people build genuine connections or work through the challenges they’re facing.

Run by staff and trained peer mentors, the programme offers regular meetups, creative sessions and one‑to‑one check‑ins. Sessions are shaped by the young people who attend and often act as a bridge to more structured opportunities or specialist support.

For many, it is the first space where they feel genuinely seen and it remains a vital part of Integrate’s commitment to holistic, youth‑centred care. We also offer one to one support in schools.
