Support
One to one or small group sessions are designed to reduce isolation, support well-being and help young people build real connections or overcome challenges they are facing.
This is our response to the growing need for informal, inclusive spaces where young people can reflect, talk openly and simply be themselves without pressure or expectation.

Run by staff and trained peer mentors, the programme offers regular meet-ups, creative sessions and one‑to‑one check‑ins. Sessions are shaped by the young people who attend and often act as a bridge to more structured opportunities or specialist support.
For many, it is the first space where they feel genuinely seen and it remains a vital part of Integrate’s commitment to holistic, youth‑centred care. We also offer one to one support in schools.
