About our training
Our training and consultancy programmes bring youth-led insight into professional spaces, challenging assumptions, shifting perspectives, and improving practice.
Designed and delivered by young people, our sessions support professionals across education, safeguarding, healthcare and local government to create safer, more inclusive environments.
Training topics include anti-racism, microaggressions, inclusive practice, gender-based violence and safeguarding. Using real-life case studies, creative tools and open dialogue, we create spaces for reflection and growth, so professionals not only gain knowledge, but the confidence to act on it.
Alongside training, we offer consultancy services, working directly with schools, councils and organisations to review policies, co-produce resources and embed youth voice into their systems. This is about creating change that lasts, rooted in the lived experience of young people.
