Integrate is a youth‑led charity working with young people to promote gender and racial equality and community cohesion.
Co‑founded by a group of girls determined to challenge the taboo around FGM, our work now tackles the wider inequalities young people identify including racism, Islamophobia, VAWG, harmful practices, discrimination and barriers linked to race, faith, gender and socio‑economic status.
Our vision is for all young people to thrive in a society based on gender and racial equality and community cohesion.
Currently we support over 495 young people in Bristol and reach thousands nationally through creative projects, peer education and professional training.
We provide a safe, supportive environment where their voices are valued and their leadership is central to our mission.
Investing in the skills, passions and talents of young people aged 12 to 24 to nurture future leaders who promote our vision of a society based on gender and racial equality and community cohesion.
Our broader strategic aims are developed with and for our young people, to create the changes they wish to see in their communities and society as a whole, in accordance with our vision and mission statement.

Provide opportunities so young people can create the changes they want to see in the world.

Staying true to the Integrate model of working devised by its service users.

Being meaningfully youth led and ensuring Integrate is representative of those we serve.

Finding innovative, creative approaches to youth-led change.

Making sure everyone is welcome and has a voice.
There are so many decisions being made about us, without us. But we have a voice, and we have the ability to be part of these big decisions and advocate for these causes.
