Our trained peer educators deliver workshops in schools across the UK using resources they helped create.

Building trust

Mentoring and Support is designed to reduce isolation, promote wellbeing and build connection. It was developed in response to the growing need for informal, inclusive spaces where young people could reflect, talk openly and just be themselves, without pressure to perform or deliver.

Run by staff and trained peer mentors, the programme offers regular meetups, creative sessions and one-to-one check-ins. Sessions are shaped by the people who attend them and often act as a bridge to more structured opportunities or specialist support. For many, Mentoring and Support is the first space where they feel truly seen, and it remains a vital part of Integrate’s commitment to holistic, youth-centred care.
