Integrate UK is an award winning, national youth led charity with an excellent opportunity for a part-time Office Manager (21 hours per week) to take charge of our administration at a time of exciting growth and change for the organisation.
We are a youth led charity that empowers young people to take an active and positive role in transforming the society they live in. Everything we highlight is important and serious, from Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), to forced marriage, violence against women and girls (VAWG), extremism and Islamophobia. Our young activists lead our work and are the heart of our organisation, from designing creative projects, delivering peer education workshops nationally, working in the office or sitting on the board of trustees.
You are an experienced administrator, enthusiastic and self-motivated, and comfortable working on a variety of activities, able to plan and prioritise workloads successfully. A team player and well-organised, you will be a proactive Office Manager who loves the satisfaction of a job well done. Confident and outgoing, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with young people from many different backgrounds.
