We are recruiting a Project Worker for our new programme in schools.

You’ll be helping young people to reject patriarchal interpretations of culture, and challenge Islamophobia, racism, VAAWG, extremism and gender stereotyping.

Working with our Director, you will lead our work with young people in secondary schools, engaging them in creative and educational projects, activism and aspirational opportunities.  You’ll foster positive relationships between young people from different racial and religious backgrounds and support them to improve their prospects and reach their potential. Integrate UK youth activists produce award-winning multimedia content, from music videos to YouTube dramas, highlighting important issues from FGM to gender inequality, extremism to gang culture, in a way that really gets people thinking.

Working part time, you’ll be supported by a small team in our youth led charity currently based in Redfield, BS5. We can offer you a pension and 25 days annual leave plus public holidays (pro rata), plus training and development opportunities.
